Executive Anxiety Coach

How would your life be different if you accomplish these goals?

  • Overcome anxiety personally and professionally
  • Free yourself from worry and panic attacks
  • Address imposter syndrome and social anxiety
  • Alleviate physical symptoms related to stress
  • Get over feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
  • Quit lying awake in bed from overthinking

Does This Sound Familiar?

As an executive, entrepreneur, or leader in your profession, there are a lot of demands on your time. You are responsible for many decisions that can significantly impact your business, staff, and clients. There is tremendous pressure for you to always be at your best if you are to meet your high standards and support your team’s success. And when you do not achieve your goals, you feel the impact in your personal and family life.

Anxiety can make it challenging to think clearly and act efficiently. Excess professional stress can also lead you to feel emotionally upset and physically imbalanced. Although striving toward great ambitions can be challenging, the way you think about these events can reinforce feeling anxious, uncomfortable, and uneasy. Like most high-functioning people, you may think so quickly that you are not even aware of what you are thinking, never mind how to change your pattern of behavior.

Anxiety can be more difficult to feel creative, be flexible with others, and make supportive decisions. To get away from unpleasant emotions, you might overeat, binge on food (or online), or do other activities to avoid feeling what you feel. It is natural to not want to feel uncomfortable, but anxiety may return with more intensity when you are no longer distracted. Feeling anxious also can interfere with the way you communicate with colleagues and family members because it is hard to be empathic when you are in pain.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.  Marianne Williamson

Here Is How An Executive Anxiety Coach Can Help

As an executive coach, I can help you overcome anxiety and master stress management. This would involve reframing the way you think about situations and learning specific awareness practices to feel more at ease so that you can pursue challenging goals and feel grounded at the same time! My approach will show you how to turn around non-productive thoughts in order to look at situations in supportive ways and lead you to feel more decisive, enthusiastic, and balanced. You will also learn how to utilize mindfulness to remain focused and relaxed. In addition, I will show you how to use communication skills to cultivate mutually productive interactions even with challenging clients and colleagues.

The results of reducing stress and anxiety lead to feeling more mentally alert, effective at work, and satisfied in your relationships. I will show share practices with you that are easy to learn and can be applied immediately toward professional aspirations and at home. You will learn tools to help you to address current problems and future challenges. Learning how to overcome anxiety is one of the most important skills you can learn in life!

Background

As an executive anxiety specialist, I coach leaders and entrepreneurs to help them overcome anxiety by online videoconferencing. I have been providing support for high-performing individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and professional stress since 2006. Before becoming a coach for stress management, I provided individual counseling as a licensed therapist using the evidence based practices of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) both in person and through telehealth. I found both in-person and online formats to be equally effective for helping individuals address anxiety and achieve their goals, and research verifies my personal experience. My preference for anxiety coaching stems from personal and professional experiences that overcoming anxiety can be most efficiently achieved without fixating on the past or adopting stigmatizing labels; instead, I prefer to mentor and teach individuals to embrace a presence-oriented approach that emphasizes practices to feel grounded in the here and now.
