my approach
My intention is to help you feel more present. For over 20 years, I have helped clients shift from feeling stress, worry, and regret to be more grounded, peaceful, and authentic. My approach is experiential, and I will provide you with guidance to step into presence during sessions so that you will be better able to do so in your daily life.

Hi, I’m Kevin
After I completed law school, the residual stress caused health problems that persisted for two years. In my personal journey of self-healing, I studied meditation, qigong, NLP, and Ericksonian Hypnosis and learned to shift from overthinking towards presence. Wanting to share what I had learned, I began working with people who wanted personal transformation.
In over twenty years working one-on-one with people, I have empowered clients to transform stressful thought patterns to inner peace. My approach has been inspired by Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie.
In my family life and business, practicing presence has helped me communicate more empathically and authentically not only with my wife and daughter but also with my clients. As a result, I am inspired to coach individuals who want to experience more peace with home and work relationships. In addition, my coaching will help you shift from self-blame toward acceptance.
In my personal experience as well as with clients, practicing presence is extremely effective in response to stress, including worrying about sleep and health. Both for family and work life, presence is a wonderful option for deepening inner peace.
