Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. If you struggle with anxiety, including panic attacks and social anxiety, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

Counseling can help you turn around anxious thoughts and negative emotions. Therapy also can show you ways to become emotionally grounded, think clearly, and be productive. Treatment from an experienced counselor can empower you to feel comfortable with yourself, communicate authentically, and connect with people you most care about.

I provide online counseling throughout California. Based out of Davis, California, I offer secure, confidential video therapy to get you the help you need with an approach that is both safe and convenient.

Meet Kevin Ott, LCSW

I am passionate about helping people with anxiety to access joy, peace, and inspiration. Since earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2006, I have utilized evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, especially the work of Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie, to help individuals gain new perspectives and deepen appreciation for themselves, other people, and life situations. My person-centered, presence-oriented, and solution-focused approach helps individuals create effective changes and live authentically.
