I provide online coaching. Based out of Hanover, New Hampshire, I offer secure, individualized video coaching to get you the help you need with an approach that is convenient and effective.

Meet Kevin Ott, Anxiety Specialist

I am passionate about helping people with anxiety to access joy, peace, and inspiration. I have been providing support for people with anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety since 2006, when I completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work and utilized the evidence-based practices of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness as a licensed therapist before transitioning to become an anxiety coach. My coaching aims to help clients gain new perspectives and deepen appreciation for themselves, other people, and life situations. My person-centered, presence-oriented, and solution-focused approach is designed to help you create effective changes and live authentically.
