Meet Kevin Ott, LCSW

Kevin Ott, LCSW, is passionate about helping people with anxiety and stress to access joy, peace, and inspiration. Since earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2006, he has utilized evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, especially the work of Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie, to help individuals gain new perspectives and deepen appreciation for themselves, other people, and life situations. Kevin’s person-centered, presence-oriented, and solution-focused approach helps individuals create effective changes and live authentically.
Kevin provides video counseling throughout California and is based out of Davis, California.
